We are small by design. You deal directly with the people making the decisions. 

Support in your language

Both directors speak English, Tigrinya and Amharic fluently. If English is not your first language, you can talk to us directly about your supports, your plan and your concerns, without needing an interpreter or relying on family to translate.


We understand that being understood matters as much as the support itself.

We work across Melbourne's west, organised into two service zones. Keeping our footprint defined means we can be on time and consistent rather than spread thin.

How to get started

1. Get in touch

Call, email or send a message. We record your details and check that we cover your area and the supports you are after. 

2. We confirm we are the right fit

Within two business days we tell you whether we have capacity. If we do not, we say so promptly rather than leaving you waiting. 

3. We meet and plan

Harnet or  Mehari meet you, at home or somewhere comfortable, with no obligation. We talk through your goals, how you like things done, and anything we need to know to support you safely. 

4. We agree the supports

We put together a service agreement covering what we will do, when, and what it costs against the current NDIS price limits. Nothing starts until you have read it and you are happy. 

5. Supports begin

 Your worker is briefed on your preferences before their first visit.
